Can I start without a credit card?
Yes. The Free plan supports up to 5 employees and 3 roles, including schedules, clock-ins, and attendance reports. Holiday requests and absences are available on Starter and above.
Is there a charge for every employee?
No. You pay for the plan, with a fixed employee limit. For example, Team is £45 per month for up to 25 employees. You need a larger plan when you exceed that limit.
Do employees need their own subscription?
No. Employees create their own login and join a company. Feature access comes from the company’s subscription and the permissions assigned to their role.
Does Employr run payroll?
Employr helps you prepare and review pay information on Business and above. It supports pay settings and pay breakdowns; it does not make payroll payments, submit tax returns, or replace your payroll provider.
Can I use Employr on a phone?
Yes, you can use the web app in a mobile browser. Native Android and iOS apps are in development.
What if I need more than 100 employees?
