# Employr

> Employr is online workforce management software for UK trades, site-based and operational teams. Managers use it to plan shifts, manage employees, record attendance, handle holidays and absence, and keep projects, forms, RAMS and signatures together. Employees use it to check schedules, clock in and out, request time off and complete forms from a phone, tablet or computer. Plans are a fixed monthly price with no charge per employee, and there is a free plan for up to 5 employees.

Employr is run by Employr LTD (company no. 17187868), registered office 61 Bridge Street, Kington, HR5 3DJ, United Kingdom.

Employr works as a web app in any desktop or mobile browser. Native Android and iOS apps are in development and are not yet available in the app stores.

Employr helps businesses create and keep records such as RAMS, inductions and inspections. It does not decide what is legally required, certify documents or guarantee compliance. On Business plans and above it helps prepare and review pay information, but it does not run payroll, make payroll payments, submit tax returns or replace a payroll provider.

## Plans and prices (monthly, GBP, fixed price per plan)

- Free: £0 a month, up to 5 employees and 3 roles. Employee records and scheduling, clock-ins and attendance reports. No document storage. No credit card required.
- Starter: £19 a month, up to 10 employees and 5 roles. Everything in Free, plus holiday requests and absences, 250 MB document storage, and company logo and colour settings.
- Team: £45 a month, up to 25 employees, 10 roles and 5 teams. Everything in Starter, plus 1 GB storage, projects, forms and signatures, risk assessments and safety reports, and equipment and uniform tools.
- Business: £79 a month, up to 50 employees, 15 roles and 10 teams. Everything in Team, plus 5 GB storage, pay settings and pay breakdowns, and overtime, allowances and deductions.
- Growth: £129 a month, up to 100 employees, 20 roles and 10 teams. Everything in Business, plus 10 GB storage.
- Scale: for 100+ employees, with custom limits, 25 GB storage and billing agreed with the Employr team.
